What a bummer that your discount code isn't working! This is certainly no reason to panic. When you want to use a discount code, it's important that the products in your shopping cart and/or the order value meet certain conditions. 

  

The code shows as 'applied succesfully' but I don't see any discount or a free product added. 

  • The most common reason is that you don't meet the conditions of the promotion. Please check the main banner for the terms and conditions. 
  • Discounts cannot be combined with bundles and combi deals. 
  • The discount code for signing up through the newsletter only works on your first order and is not stackable. 
  • If you are combining multiple promotions where you can receive a free product, please make sure that the final amount after discounts still meets the requirement. 

  

I receive the message 'the coupon code entered is not valid'. 

  • Check the promotion's end date. 
  • The code has been misspelled. 
  • The code was offered through a different website and does not correspond to our promotions. 

  

I receive the message 'the entered discount code has already been used'. 

  • The code was used in a previous order. 
  • You might have aborted an order during the payment process. Therefore, the code will no longer be valid. Please contact our Customer Service and we will help you with this.

How do I know if I will receive a free product (with a specific promotion)? 
If you are using a promotion that offers a free product, the product will appear in your shopping cart after adding the code. If the product is not displayed, you do not meet the promotion's terms or the product is out of stock. 
 
The discount in the shopping cart doesn't match with the discount code. 
Check if all products are eligible for the promotion; some products may be excluded.

How can you do this? 

1. Go to the homepage and scroll down until you see the SIGN UP input field. 

2. Open your email and open the request to sign up. 

3. Confirm your email by clicking the black button CONFIRM EMAIL ADDRESS. 

4. After confirming, you will receive another email with a 15% discount code.  

5. Apply this code manually in the shopping cart under ‘Promotional codes'. 

  

*Please note: It can take up to 24 hours to receive this. it is possible that these emails end up in your spam box or unwanted mailbox. If you haven’t received this within 24 hours please contact customer service.   

The discount code is not applicable to other promotions, bundles or combi-deals.
