Thank you for ordering at Optimum Nutrition! You will receive an order confirmation email once the package has been dispatched. This will usually be sent the same day as you order. It is possible that the confirmation ends up in the spam box of your email. Therefore, always check your unwanted inbox or spam.

Your order has been placed successfully if you can see the new order in your account. If it’s not in your account, please check if you have been charged first.

Placed orders will be immediately prepared for you. Therefore, it is not possible to make any changes to your order.  

If you want to cancel your order, please call us within 10 minutes of purchasing. Once the cancellation is successful, we will refund you within 5 working days.

If you did not manage to cancel your order within 10 minutes, don't worry! You can still refuse the parcel upon delivery. The courier will take the parcel back to our warehouse.

No, you don't need an account to place an order. At the checkout of your order you will get two options: order with an account or order as a guest. If you want to order without an account you can go for the second option: order as a guest.

Yes, it is also possible to place an order with us by telephone. We advise you to consider in advance which products you want to order and the quantity.

When the order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email ("Thank you, we have received your order") with a link to pay for the order. Be aware that your order only will be packed and shipped, once the payment has been fulfilled.

As you may have noticed, the prices of some products have gone up on our website. 
This is because the price of raw materials have recently gone up worldwide. This has made the production of protein powders, among other things, more expensive for us and unfortunately, has forced us to raise our prices. We understand that this is very annoying. Of course, we promise that as soon as the price of raw materials decreases, we will also adjust the price of the products.
