We do offer Next Day Shipping. When placing your order, simply choose, 'Next Day', shipping. If you place your order on a working day (M-F) BEFORE 11:00 am CST, we’ll deliver on the next working day. Orders placed AFTER 11:00 am CST on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday for delivery Tuesday.

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has left our facility. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see this email in your primary inbox. 

If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days, please reach out to us and we will be happy to look further into your order! Orders placed with Next Day Delivery before 11am Central Time will be delivered the following business day. Orders placed with Next Day Delivery after 11am Central Time  will be delivered on the second following business day.

• Check to see if you received an order confirmation email.
• The most common reason for not being able to find your tracking number relates to having made a typo in your email address.
• Check your spam folder.
• It can take up to 3 business days for a tracking number to be generated.
• Once your order has left our facility, your tracking number can also be found by logging into your account on our website.

Tracking numbers can be found in the email sent once the package has left our facility and can also be found in your account on our website.

If you are not home when the carrier arrives with your order, they will leave the package by your door or in the mail room if you live in an apartment complex. We do not offer shipping to pick-up locations. If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you do not see the package, please click here 

If your order status shows as delivered but you have not received your order, please file a claim with UPS and then reach out to our customer service team directly. Please provide our team with your:

We suggest contacting our customer service team to have your order cancelled and refunded. Then, you will be able to place a new order with updated details. Please note that refunds can take 3-8 business days to process.

New York law restricts the sale of dietary supplements marketed for weight loss or muscle building to consumers over the age of 18.  As a result, to ship these products to a New York address, Attended Delivery is required. Attended Delivery requires a person age 21 or older be present to receive the order. If your order contains a qualifying product, Attended Delivery will be selected automatically.

Upon delivery, you must show a valid government-issued photo ID confirming you are 21 years of age or older. An age verification delivery order will be deemed undeliverable if the recipient cannot verify they are 21 years of age or older using a valid government-issued photo ID.

Three total delivery attempts will be made if you are not available the first time. If an Attended Delivery order is deemed to be undeliverable after the above attempts, the entire order will be returned to Optimum Nutrition.
