Thank you for ordering at Optimum Nutrition! You will receive an order confirmation email once the package has been dispatched. This will usually be sent the same day as you order. It is possible that the confirmation ends up in the spam box of your email. Therefore, always check your unwanted inbox or spam. 

Did you order through your registered account? 
Your order has been placed successfully if you can see the new order in your account. If it’s not in your account, please check if you have been charged first. 

Didn't receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of purchasing? Please contact us. Then we can check if everything went well!

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify or cancel your order once it has been placed.
As soon as your order is completed, it is immediately processed in our warehouse to ensure the fastest possible shipping. This means we can no longer stop the cancellation.

If you do not wish to receive the order, you have two options:

  • Refuse the package upon delivery – Inform our customer service that you are refusing the order to avoid any additional costs. DPD will then automatically return the package to us.

  • Request a free return label – Once you have received the package, you can contact our customer service or create a ticket here to request a free return label in accordance with our return policy.

*Working days are Monday – Friday. Delivery time is determined in working days from date of dispatch. For example if an order is made Tuesday before 6pm, the 5th working day would be Tuesday next week. Sometimes processing times at local customs can take longer than expected, which can impact delivery time.

Log in or checkout as a guest. Enter your address and phone number, and double-check that all details are correct.


Step 6: Select your payment method
Choose your preferred payment method.

No, you don't need an account to place an order.
At checkout, you’ll have two options:
