You can find your tracking link in the shipping confirmation email we send as soon as the carrier collects your package from our warehouse.

 

If you placed your order while logged in to your Optimum Nutrition account, the tracking link will also appear in your account once the package has been picked up by the carrier.

If you can’t locate your tracking details but can confirm that the payment has been debited from your account, your order was likely completed successfully and should arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe.

 

The most common reason for not receiving your tracking link is a typo in the email address entered during checkout. In this case, you also will not have received an order confirmation email.

 

If you are sure your email address was entered correctly but still haven’t received any emails, please check the following:

  • Wait for the carrier to collect your package. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as the carrier collects your package from our warehouse. 
  • Review your spam folder in case the email was filtered.

We don’t currently offer the option to select a pickup point during checkout.
However, once your order has been shipped, you may be able to change the delivery through the carrier using your tracking link. 

 

What can I change using the tracking link?

After receiving your tracking link (via email or SMS), you can:

  • Choose a different delivery date
  • Select a different delivery address
  • Redirect your parcel to a Pickup Parcelshop
  • Provide a safe place for delivery

 

How do I make these changes?

  1. Click the link in your email/SMS, or visit the tracking page directly.
  2. Enter your parcel number and postal code.
  3. Select Change delivery.

It's unfortunate to hear that something is missing from your order. We do our best to pack the packages as carefully as possible, but unfortunately, mistakes can happen. 

Optimum Nutrition always registers and checks the weight of its parcels. In case of missing items, we are obliged to do these checks within our own company and with the carrier. Therefore, we kindly ask you to indicate as clearly as possible which products are missing. This way, we can assist you as effectively as possible! 
 
Please also check the following points: 

  • Have you received two shipping numbers? Your order might be delivered in multiple packages. 
  • Was the box opened or damaged? Take a photo and send it to our customer service. 
  • Have you thoroughly checked the order confirmation to ensure the product/quantity is correct?
